How to shop?

Do you have the products in stock?

We usually do not keep any parts in stock, except helmets that are produced with limited quantities. We usually can ship within 3~4 business days if the manufacturers have the parts in stock. For made-upon-order items, you will be informed about lead-time after we receive your order.

I cannot find the parts that I am looking for. Can they be supplied?

If the parts are made or distributed by Japanese manufacturers, we usually can supply them. Simply give us the brand names, part numbers, descriptions...etc. We will have the parts listed on our site within 1~2 business days if they can be supplied.

Do you sell used products?

No, we sell only brand new products made or distributed by Japanese manufacturers and do not sell used parts of any kind.

Can I get a discount if I order a lot?

If you are a shop owner, wholesale pricing would be offered if requirements are met. Here is our wholesale program

I found another shop that offer lower prices for parts that I want. Can you match their prices?

We don't think matching prices would result a good competition, but business is business. Please let us have the url link to the shop's product page, we would take considerations.

How much would the total be with shipping included?

The simplest would be to put your interested parts into the shopping cart and then proceed with checkout. Available shipping method to your country and their respective shipping charges would be there for you to view. It would not be an order if the very last payment process is not completed.

Do you take payments in currencies other than Japanese Yen?

Yes, other than Japanese Yen, we accept payments in US Dollar, Euro, British Pound, Australian Dollar and Canadian Dollar. However, we set our own exchange rates and would recommend you to pay in Japanese Yen, which would always yield the lowest total cost.

How can I find out the amount in my currency?

The best way would be to use currency converter provided by PayPal. You can also use any online currency converter to get an idea of how much the amount would be in your currency.

What happens if there are pricing errors in my purchased parts?

We reserve the right to contact you and correct pricing or other errors prior to fulfilling your order.

Do you ship to my country?

The fastest way to check would be to see if your country is included in the country pull-down list on the register a new account page. We use international parcel shipping services provided by Japan Post, so basically we can ship to every country as long as your post office is affiliated with Japan Post.

What are the differences among your offered shipping methods EMS, SAL, and Air Parcel Post?

Differences are shipping rates and delivery time. Shipping rates can be found in our Shipping Info page. Here is a list of estimated delivery time that we made based on information provided by Japan Post.

Do you offer shipping via courier services like DHL, UPS or FedEx?

No. Japan Post is the only shipping agent we use at this moment. If you want us to ship by a courier, please provide us your account # with the courier and we can arrange shipping collect for you.

Can you ship via courier services like DHL, UPS or FedEx?

If you have an account with the courier, we can ship collect by providing your account no. to the courier.

How long would I get my order?

What happens when my order is on back order?

Back orders happen from time to time, and unfortunately there is no way around back orders. They are issued from the manufacturers where the products are made. If for some reason your ordered part is on back order, we will send you an email with the projected release date. If you decide the wait is too long, we will be happy to cancel the back ordered part at no charge and refund you the payment. We appreciate your patience and will make every effort to ship your order at the earliest time as possible.

Can I have separate shipments if one of my ordered parts is on back order?

We usually do not separate orders. However if the back order takes more than 4 weeks, we will arrange separate shipments if you wish. We would appreciate your patience if you could wait for the back order.


PAYMENT RELATED

Do you take payments in currencies other than Japanese Yen?

Yes, other than Japanese Yen, we accept payments in US$ and Euro. However, we set our own exchange rates and would recommend you to pay in Japanese Yen, which would always yield the lowest total cost.

Do you take direct credit card payments?

No. Due to security reasons, we do not process direct credit card payments. Please have yourself registered with PayPal and then use your credit card to finish PayPal payments.

Do you ship COD?

No, we accept PayPal payments from registered/verified PayPal users only.

Other than PayPal, is there any other payment method?

For countries that PayPal is not available, we would accept international bank transfers.

I am not a registered PayPal user, how can I become one?
